Our client is seeking BIM Coordinators for multiple locations across Europe. A dedicated data centre delivery partner, headquartered in Dublin and operating across Europe, founded and managed by skilled engineers, they provide fully turnkey data centre solutions, from civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical design through to construction and commissioning. As Europe's only specialist in this sector, they are currently delivering multiple large-scale projects across seven countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load and anticipating a turnover of €2B . The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines.
• Produce drawings, specifications, and schedules in line with the BIM Execution Plan.
• Deliver all 2D and 3D coordination milestones for each project.
• Liaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior BIM team members.

Requirements

• Strong Revit experience with an MEP bias.
• AutoCAD experience preferred; Navisworks experience desirable.
• 4 years working on large-scale projects.
• Relevant degree in engineering or similar.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
