My Client, a well‑established organisation in the building materials and home improvement sector is seeking a permanent Recruiter to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the full recruitment cycle and working closely with hiring managers in a fast‑paced environment. The role will be full-time onsite in Dublin 12.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs

• Proactively source talent through job boards, social platforms, referrals and networking

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback and offer management

• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage

• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports and pipeline tracking

• Provide day‑to‑day HR administrative support

• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruiter (in‑house or agency)

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
