We are recruiting for leading global food group seeking a dedicated Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility in Greater Dublin. Duties:

• Oversee the Bakery Maintenance Engineering function on shift.
• Ensure equipment is repaired to high standards and record all work in SAP.
• Implement permanent fixes for issues and manage the Maintenance H&S function.
• Provide feedback to management and lead the team in breakdown situations.
• Assist with technical activities, projects, and continuous improvements.
• Communicate effectively, work under pressure, and attend shift meetings.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and conduct shift handovers.
• Identify equipment spares and assist with refrigeration plant maintenance.

Criteria:

• Qualified Electrical Engineer with strong Mechanical skills.
• Proficient in using a multimeter, understanding Electrical schematics, and troubleshooting electrical systems and sensor faults.
• Experience in Food/Refrigeration and other Utility environments is an advantage.
• Good team player and self-motivated.
• Available for call-out duties and/or overtime when required.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP).
