Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and workflows
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement corrective actions where required
• Manage budgets, production scheduling, and capacity planning
