Engineering Stores & Parts Coordinator Mon-Fri - Parking onsite

I'm currently partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit an Engineering Stores & Parts Coordinator. This role will focus on managing engineering spare parts, maintenance consumables, and inventory across multiple sites, ensuring critical parts are available to support production and minimise downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering stores, stock levels, and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate purchasing of spare parts and maintenance consumables
• Build and maintain supplier relationships while sourcing cost-effective solutions
• Monitor critical spares and support maintenance activities across sites
• Investigate stock discrepancies and drive inventory improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate system data and reporting
• Reduce obsolete, excess, and duplicate stock while optimising inventory value

About You:

• Experience in engineering stores, procurement, stock control, or manufacturing environments
• Strong inventory management and purchasing experience
• Confident using ERP/stock control systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organisational, communication, and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of engineering spare parts would be advantageous
