Programme Co-ordinator (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the structure and processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and improve the existing programme ensuring alignment at local levels.
- Co-ordinate communication plans to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Oversee content creation for newsletters and platforms to ensure consistent messaging.
- Align programme with organisational goals.
- Facilitate engagement through tailored resources, events, and collaboration opportunities.
- Implement policies and procedures to strengthen relationships and align with standards.
- Monitor the impact of policies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track performance indicators and report progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Perform any other duties relevant to the role as required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience with large programmes, projects, or process oversight, ideally focused on planning and execution.
Proven experience in overseeing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong background in developing, implementing, and monitoring policies to align strategies.
Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with communication plans and/or overseeing content for newsletters, reports, and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in working with KPIs, analysing data, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Experience working cross-functionally to support teams and drive a culture of collaboration and shared goals.
Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
Proven ability to navigate complex challenges, drive innovation, and adapt strategies in a dynamic environment.
