Overview

We are working with a well-established and highly respected machinery solutions provider based in North County Dublin, who are currently seeking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician to their team.

This is a varied and hands-on position offering a blend of workshop-based machine build work alongside on-site installation and maintenance projects across a strong client base. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys diversity in their role and working across both electrical and mechanical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical assembly and wiring of machinery within the workshop environment
• Undertake installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites
• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on equipment in the field
• Fault finding and diagnostics across electrical systems, including low voltage and 3-phase systems
• Panel wiring and control system integration
• Support machine builds from concept through to completion
• Work on stainless steel equipment, primarily within food-grade environments
• Carry out mechanical fitting and assembly tasks as required
• Perform welding duties (MIG & TIG) as part of fabrication and repair work
• Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards

Criteria

• Fully qualified Maintenance Electrician (essential)
• Strong experience across both electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Proven ability to work with 3-phase systems and low voltage applications
• Experience in panel wiring and machine builds
• Welding experience (MIG & TIG), ideally on stainless steel
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to support fitting and assembly work
• Experience working in food-grade or stainless steel environments is beneficial
• Comfortable working both independently and on customer sites
• Full driving licence
