Senior Quantity Surveyor

Permanent
Dublin
€90000 - €110000 per annum

About the Company

Some construction businesses build projects. This one builds places and infrastructure that shape how people live, work and connect, now and for future generations. A family-owned, international construction and engineering group with Group revenues surpassing €2.75 billion in 2024, it offers genuine breadth of career: building, infrastructure, rail, energy and off-site manufacturing across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

The project portfolio spans data centres, life sciences, commercial, healthcare, residential and infrastructure, delivered with a focus on modern methods of construction and a long-term sustainability roadmap. Its core values of Care, Integrity and Excellence run through how people are supported to grow, make an impact and be part of positive change.

The Opportunity

This is a role with real ownership. As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the full commercial management of your projects, working alongside the Contracts Manager, Project Manager and wider construction team to make sure projects are delivered successfully, risks are controlled and commercial returns are maximised.

  • Genuine progression path within a financially resilient, family-owned group with a presence across Ireland, the UK and Europe
  • Exposure to varied sectors and procurement routes, including two-stage procurement, and a business investing in modern methods of construction
  • A people-first culture that supports you to grow, with leadership and mentoring responsibility built into the role
