Mechanical Package Manager - Finland
Due to continued growth, our client is recruiting a Mechanical Package Manager to oversee mechanical systems on a large-scale installation project based in Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the mechanical scope of works and raise Requests for Information (RFIs) as needed.

• Develop a comprehensive overview of the mechanical package and create a high-level, package-specific schedule.

• Compile equipment lists and perform material take-offs.

• Plan and manage the schedule for technical submittals.

• Coordinate interface points between disciplines to ensure integration across project areas.

• Prepare detailed weekly progress reports and photographic diaries, highlighting risks and tracking schedule performance.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor to manage on-site safety.

• Promote a strong Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) culture throughout project execution.

• Support project scheduling and cost control functions to meet deadlines and budget expectations.

Specific Requirements:

• Previous experience in project or package management, ideally on large mechanical installations.

• Proven ability to coordinate and deliver large-scale mechanical projects.

• Experience with industrial relations and workforce management.

• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and practices.

• Background in design-and-build project environments.

• Solid technical knowledge of mechanical systems and their installation.
