Lead Buyer - Ingredients & Packaging

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Buyer to join a leading food manufacturing company based in Kildare. This role is ideal for someone with procurement experience in a fast-paced production environment. It will initially be for min. 1 year with very possible extension.

Your role
You will support site sourcing activities, manage ingredient and packaging orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Responsibilities include processing requisitions, running reorder and open order reports, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within food or FMCG. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential. Familiarity with inventory systems and ERP tools is an advantage.
