Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on a large-scale electrical installation project in Cork. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily onsite activities and lead a team of electricians.

• Supervise installation of electrical containment systems: cable ladders, trays, conduits, trunking, and associated bracketry.

• Oversee glanding and termination of SWA and AWA cabling in accordance with standards.

• Take ownership of assigned electrical packages and ensure delivery on tight deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with site management, reporting delays and proposing mitigation plans.

• Ensure compliance with all local site health and safety guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale industrial projects (ideally pharmaceutical or data centres).

• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and documentation.

• Strong understanding of electrical containment systems and installation standards.

• Knowledge and application of site Health & Safety procedures.

• Proficient with MS Office and general site reporting tools.

• Effective communication and leadership skills.
