Job Title: Mechanical Package Manager
Location: Finland
Employment Type: Contract Fixed Term

Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to oversee large-scale installation projects in Finland. This position plays a critical role in project execution, coordination, safety, and technical delivery within the mechanical systems scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess mechanical package scope and issue high-level RFIs as needed.

• Create a detailed package overview and develop a package-specific project schedule.

• Prepare material take-offs and equipment lists.

• Establish and manage the technical submittal schedule.

• Coordinate interfaces between mechanical and other technical disciplines.

• Generate and submit weekly progress reports, including photographic records and risk assessments.

• Work with the Project Manager and Site Safety Advisor to ensure site safety compliance.

• Champion a proactive Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) culture.

• Manage project progress in terms of schedule and budget.

Candidate Profile:

• Solid experience in project management for mechanical systems.

• Proven success in managing large-scale industrial installations.

• Strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering and design & build processes.

• Good knowledge of site health & safety regulations and industrial relations.

• Able to coordinate teams and ensure high-quality technical delivery on site.
