Job Title: CSA Estimator
Location: Dublin, Ireland

Our client is currently seeking an experienced CSA Estimator to join their growing team in Dublin. This is a key role within the pre-construction department, responsible for managing large tenders and contributing to the company's continued success on major CSA projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale tender processes over extended timeframes.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and technical specifications.

• Perform quantity takeoffs and compile detailed pricing documents.

• Source and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing from Irish and European markets.

• Use spreadsheets to compare and justify subcontractor bids.

• Contribute to maintaining and updating the cost estimation database.

• Present estimates to senior management and the Board when required.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Stay up to date with developments in the construction industry.

• Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in tender documentation.

• Identify project risks and support quality assurance initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in project cost estimation, particularly in CSA disciplines.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction (CSA, Mechanical, Electrical).

• Demonstrated experience with large installation projects.

• Familiarity with health and safety standards.

• Proficiency in Excel and estimation software tools.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
