8am -4.30pm Early Friday finish

Your New Role

As a QC Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out all in-house quality control testing on raw materials, production samples and finished products.
You will play a key role in maintaining laboratory standards, supporting food safety and quality systems, and ensuring all testing is completed accurately and efficiently in line with regulatory and company requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out routine laboratory operations and QC testing
  • Preparing standards and samples for comparison and evaluation
  • Assessing incoming raw materials against product specifications
  • Collecting, reviewing and filing Certificates of Analysis
  • Documenting HACCP CCP and OPRP requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of all QC activities
  • Managing laboratory supplies, reagents and inventory
  • Identifying QC issues and recommending corrective actions
  • Ensuring compliance with GMPs, GLPs, safety procedures, test methods and specifications

What You'll Need
A relevant Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a QC or laboratory environment
Strong understanding of quality control, laboratory practices and safety standards
Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
