Key Responsibilities

• Support the engineering strategy and departmental targets
• Liaise with operations to ensure smooth production flow
• Supervise installations and lead preventative maintenance projects
• Drive continuous improvement through OEE analysis and performance metrics
• Promote and uphold high safety and housekeeping standards
• Mentor and develop engineering team members
• Manage workload planning and CMMS utilisation
• Provide weekend site management and contractor oversight

Criteria

• Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering leadership role
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and CMMS systems
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
