Site Manager - Galway
Our client, a well-established main contractor, is expanding and now seeks to recruit a Site Manager in Galway due to continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, labour coordination, and subcontractor performance.

• Support the project team in monitoring progress to meet programme targets.

• Ensure high standards of quality on all construction activities.

• Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal policies.

• Foster positive working relationships with subcontractors and the supply chain to sustain a collaborative site environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Site Management.

• Main Contractor experience, ideally on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments.

• Third-level construction qualification or strong trades background with deep trade knowledge.

• Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent organisational, delegation, and teamwork abilities.
