Job Title: CSA Construction Manager

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Construction Manager to join their project team in Finland. This is a fast-paced and technical construction project, ideal for a motivated manager who thrives in dynamic environments and has a strong background in CSA delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages.

• Lead a team of CSA supervisors, engineers, and package managers.

• Enforce site safety standards in collaboration with the Safety and Project Manager.

• Oversee procurement, design, engineering, and on-site installation aspects.

• Manage daily operations and subcontractors on-site, including progress tracking.

• Attend and host weekly supply chain meetings and project coordination meetings.

• Support commercial discussions and issue reports on variations and project status.

• Ensure QA/QC standards are met across all CSA works.

Profile:

• Degree in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent).

• 7 years experience in CSA construction.

• Track record in delivering large-scale CSA work packages.

• Excellent team management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time site-based role in Finland, with a contract aligned to project needs.
