Electrical Site Supervisors

Locations: (West Dublin / Donegal)

Wallace Myers is partnering with a well-established, growing electrical contractor to recruit a Electrical Site Supervisors to support projects across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and data-driven environments.

This is a hands-on supervisory role within a family-run business with over 35 years of industry experience, known for its supportive culture, strong safety standards, and steady pipeline of upcoming tenders.

The Role

You will take ownership of day-to-day site activity, leading a small team of electricians and subcontractors while ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard.

• Manage 5-6 direct reports plus some subcontractors
• Oversee one primary site initially
• Coordinate project progress, materials, and resources
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Act as the key point of contact between site teams, clients, and management
• Identify improvements and support continuous operational excellence

About You

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Supervisor
• Minimum 5 years' industry experience
• City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 (UK) or Level 6 (ROI)
• Safe Pass / CSR and SMSTS or SSSP
• Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and ET101
• Full Irish or UK driving licence
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and leading on site
