About the Opportunity
Our client, a major global multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their growing architectural team in Dublin. With a diverse pipeline of medium to large‑scale projects, this is an outstanding opportunity to play a leading role in design and delivery within a collaborative, design‑led environment.
This position is ideal for a technically strong, confident architect who can lead projects from early concept through to planning, construction, and final handover.

The Role

As Senior Architect, you will:

• Lead architectural design and delivery across multiple project stages
• Drive site‑based activities including inspections, coordination, RFIs, and contractor engagement
• Produce and oversee high‑quality technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Ensure full compliance with Irish Planning, Building Regulations, BCAR and all relevant standards
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams; structural, MEP, fire, acoustic and more
• Mentor and support junior team members where required
• Contribute to feasibility studies, planning applications, and regulatory submissions
• Manage competing priorities across simultaneous project streams
• Engage confidently with clients and stakeholders, representing the consultancy professionally

About You
Essential:

• Registered Architect: RIAI or RIBA
• Strong site and construction delivery experience
• Proven experience delivering projects in Ireland

Excellent working knowledge of:

• Irish Planning System
• Building Regulations (Parts A-M)
• BCAR & Technical Guidance Documents
• High proficiency in Revit/BIM
• Strong design, technical and detailing capability
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a positive team culture

Desirable:

• Experience in aviation, industrial, education or transportation
• Experience in complex or highly regulated project environments
• Background in multidisciplinary consultancy teams
