Accountant

My client a leading multinational are looking for a qualified accountant to join their team. This is a permanent newly created role in an established team with growing company. They offer hybrid working, pension, healthcare & bonus.

Duties:

• Support process improvements and test new accounting system features.
• Maintain accuracy of project accounting and general ledger entries.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and statutory audit requirements.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close for related accounts.
• Resolve financial reporting issues and support leadership.
• Provide data and reports to finance, tax, and external stakeholders
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests.

Skills:

• 5 years' accounting experience
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, etc.).
• Technically strong accountant with commercial mindset
• Strong systems and Excel
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
