The Role

Working closely with the NPD team, you'll play a key part in creating and managing product specifications and inputting accurate data into a developing IT system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, detail, and supporting innovation behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain accurate product specifications and documentation
• Input and manage data within a developing IT/specification system
• Support NPD projects from concept through to launch
• Assist with sample prep, trials, and product information gathering
• Ensure all product data is accurate, compliant, and up to date
• Work closely with internal teams to gather and organise key product details

About You

• Experience in food/NPD or a similar environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• High attention to detail with a structured approach to work
• Confident using Excel and IT systems
• Understanding of specifications or willingness to learn
• Passion for food and interest in product development
