Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works related to steel structures from fabrication through installation.

• Manage on-site steel erection, alignment, and connection works to meet design and safety requirements.

• Coordinate between structural designers, fabricators, and subcontractors to ensure accurate execution of drawings and specifications.

• Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Review shop drawings, method statements, and quality documentation.

• Enforce site safety, QA/QC standards, and compliance with project specifications and codes.

• Lead problem-solving for technical or construction challenges during steel installation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline.

• Proven experience managing steel structure works on major building or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection methods, and structural connections.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with health & safety and quality management standards.
