Financial Accountant

Are you a practice-trained accountant with a minimum of 1 year's industry experience? I am partnered with a leading Irish organisation that is looking to hire a Financial Accountant to join their growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to step into a broad role with strong exposure across financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support the audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements across finance operations
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight

Requirements:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or close to completion)
• Practice-trained with at least 1 year's industry experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
