The Company

An an Electrical Package Manager you will be joining one of Europe's leading data centre delivery partners. They are a turnkey provider, servicing design to construction and commissioning in disciplines such as civil, structural, architectural and M&E. This particularly project will be with one of their repeat clients based in Finland.

What can you Expect

• Management of the Electrical Systems package.
• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Project Manager. This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.
• Drive a focused Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental culture within your team.
• Management of Project Schedule
• Management of all costs associated with your package including: Sub-contractor, Material deliveries and goods receipting, Plant and Equipment, Variations, Valuations etc
• Management of all day-to-day site operations
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed closely.
• Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
• Management of the snagging system ensuring that the supervisors return weekly punch lists where applicable. Ensure all snags are distributed to all Sub-contractors
• Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally.
• Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
• Issue weekly cost reports.
• Issue internal and external progress reports

What do you need to have to be successful

• Have worked to Electrical Supervisor Level or have an Electrical Qualification eg Degree
• Worked with HV and MV Systems
• Data Centre experience
• EU Passport
• 3 week rotation working on site in Finland
• Proven Project Management Experience
