Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting: Prepare drawing layouts, scheme designs, and detailed construction drawings for farmyard developments.
• Technical Delivery: Produce civil, structural, and/or architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Project Support: Assist throughout the full design process, ensuring all technical documentation meets industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver efficient and practical design solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
• Software Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a high level of general computer literacy.
• Organisation: Excellent planning and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience: Previous experience in land or building surveying is highly desirable.
• Industry Knowledge: An understanding of the agricultural sector would be a strong advantage but not essential.
