3D Revit Modeler - M&E Building Services

Multiple Locations: Dublin | Cork | Limerick | Galway | Donegal

Wallace Myers International is partnering with several progressive M&E consultancies who are expanding their BIM teams due to continued project growth across Ireland.

These firms operate in design-led, BIM-driven environments and deliver high-quality projects across large-scale residential developments, housing schemes, retrofit and regeneration works, commercial buildings, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments. Digital delivery, off-site fabrication, and modern construction methods are central to how these teams work.

The Opportunity

As a Revit Modeler, you will play a key role in developing and coordinating detailed MEP models from concept stage through to construction and handover. You will work closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure models are accurate, clash-free, and fully aligned with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coordinated Revit MEP models across multiple project types.

• Produce detailed layouts, drawings, and schedules for construction and prefabrication.

• Assist with clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, QA procedures, and company standards.

• Support model revisions, drawing issuance, and documentation workflows.

• Liaise with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to resolve design queries.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Revit Modeler / BIM Technician within M&E or Building Services.

• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP (AutoCAD essential; Navisworks beneficial).

• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems.

• Knowledge of BIM processes, coordination workflows, and technical detailing.

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
