Electrical Construction Manager - Sweden
Due to continued growth, our client seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead electrical construction projects in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction plans including scheduling and resource allocation.

• Coordinate acquisition of equipment ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work complies with safety regulations.

• Implement quality control measures to guarantee installations meet required standards.

• Monitor project costs, track equipment items, and ensure budgets are adhered to.

• Oversee timelines to ensure on-time completion and avoid delays.

• Identify and mitigate risks affecting project delivery.

• Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, and stakeholders to keep project progress transparent.

• Maintain thorough documentation of activities, materials, and changes.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and legal requirements.

Specific Requirements:

• Relevant Electrical Engineering qualification.

• Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role within an M&E contractor environment.

• Proven experience managing large site teams.

• Data Centre project experience is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
