Due to continued growth my client wishes to recruit an Electrical Quantity Surveyor Dublin

Key Responsibilities:

· Reporting to the Commercial Manager

· Advise on contractual matters - general and project level

· Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants

· Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost

· Undertaking internal valuations and production of cost reports

· Reporting on budgets and variations

· Negotiate and agree subcontractors

Specific Requirements

· 2 years Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor/ Developer.

· Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area

· Experience on large construction projects with a Main Contractor/ Developer

· Commercial / Residential construction experience or similar

· Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings

· Good communication skills

· 3 or 4 days on site
