The Role

Based in our Dublin office, you will play a critical role in the management and oversight of our European business operations. You will primarily focus on the German and other European portfolios, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across these key markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Operational Oversight: Monitor and supervise Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and daily business transactions to ensure peak performance.

· Process Design: Develop and implement robust procedures for daily operations and portfolio management.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and participate in alignment meetings, daily huddles, and governance forums with internal and external service providers.

· Compliance & Quality Control: Execute monthly and quarterly AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks and quality sampling across all assigned territories.

· Complaints Management: Oversee and resolve customer complaints for Germany and other regions, leveraging your linguistic expertise.

· Reporting & Governance: Maintain a comprehensive suite of MI reports, meeting minutes, and action logs; support the leadership team in preparing materials for quarterly Board meetings.

· Linguistic Support: Provide precise translation of legal and compliance documents to ensure cross-departmental understanding.

· Strategic Projects: Travel for audits and reviews as required, and support ad-hoc projects within the Customer Operations and Portfolio Management team.

Requirements

· Linguistic Skills: Native German speaker with professional fluency in English. Additional European languages are a distinct advantage.

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Financial Services.

· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Insurance regulatory requirements and emerging industry developments preferred

· Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong "customer-first" mentality.

· Execution: Highly organized with a "can-do" attitude, capable of working independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Mobility: Ability to travel internationally for audits and reviews as needed.
