About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and lead the day-to-day operations of a busy manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are achieved on time and within budget.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to drive operational performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory control and liaise with procurement to ensure material availability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and modern manufacturing technologies is an advantage.
