HR Administrator - Systems & Operations


Location: Dublin | Full-Time | On-Site | Permanent


A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the implementation of a new HR system while managing core HR processes. This is a hands-on, office-based role offering exposure to both project delivery and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR system rollout: data migration, testing and documentation
  • Coordinate training sessions and support end-user queries
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR documentation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and assist with reporting and audits

What You'll Bring

  • HR admin experience, ideally within a systems upgrade or implementation
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or similar) desirable
